Welcome to apply for Master classes in Violin, Viola, Cello, Flute, Piano, Opera & Lieder with world-renowned professors.
(Opera & Lieder, open for all voices. The course focuses on singing technique, text processing and scenic production within the art of opera and lieder)
This is a good opportunity to receive advice for your further music education and career. To gain and further expand your international network.
The Solo Classes’ takes place during the ongoing Aurora Winter Festival where you will have free entrance to top class concerts (see the festival program here)

In recent years, over 3000 amazing young artists from 50 countries have participated during the now world famous Aurora Master Classes & Festivals.

Course period: 21-26/2 2017
Application deadline: February 1
Agelimit: 18-50, if under 18 you need to come with one parent.
Registration fee: 500 SEK
Selection list publish: February 2
Course fee: 5 000 SEK, your 500 SEK registration fee will be deducted. Complete fee (500SEK + 4500SEK) has to be paid latest February 10
Accommodation: the course fee includes staying at private host families in Trollhättan.
Food and travel costs is not included.

* There will be no piano accompanists for the master classes. If you want accompanist you have to arrange that yourself, we can provide you with contact information to the festival pianists.

February 1 Deadline
Make the online application, follow APPLY HERE below. It takes about 10 min and you need to have the link to your audition ready.
February 2 Aurora will send out an email with the list of accepted students.
February 10 deadline to confirm your participation and pay for your bookings
February 13 general info about schedules and host families will be sent out by e-mail
February 20 check in at host families in Trollhättan
February 21 at 9 AM the official registration at the course venue in Trollhättan
February 26 at 18.00 the final festival concert and the course ends
February 27 – check out
